Online help is available in the Compass whenever the gateway is connected to the internet. Typically the gateway is connected to the internet via the customer's network and can access the latest help files as needed. If there is no internet connection, you can manually download the help files to your gateway. Start by downloading the help/documentation package here. To stay up-to-date, please check frequently if there is a newer version of help available.
Once you have downloaded the help files, you need to load them on your gateway. Go to the gateway setup app and click on the "Update package" button. Select the help file you want loaded on your gateway.
Note that the help files are also tied to the language of the browser. For instance, if you download the Dutch language help file, you will only be able to access the help file if your browser is set to Dutch.
The English language help file is avaiable regardless of the language of the browser.
