Online help is available in the Compass whenever the gateway is connected to the internet. Typically the gateway is connected to the customer's network and can access the latest help files as needed. If the gateway is not connected to the internet, you can manually access the help files via your browser. Staret by downloading the help/documentation package here. To stay up-to-date, please check frequently if there is a newer version of help available.
Once you have downloaded the help files to your PC, you need to unzip them. Once the directory is unzipped, you can open the directory and you will find a file called index.htm This file is the home page of the help text. Click on this file and it will open in your browser. Once this file is opened you can bookmark it so that it will readily be available on your browser. If you access your Compass from multiple computers, you will need to do this for each computer you use.
