When creating a Priva account, you can choose to secure your account by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you enable MFA, your identity will be verified using your phone number every time you sign in to the Priva Digital Services.
If you already have a Priva account without MFA, you can still enable it in My Priva > Edit profile. You will now have to go back to ‘Edit profile’ to enter your phone number.
Note: It is not possible to change your phone number!
It’s the user’s choice to use MFA. This cannot be forced (yet) for the whole organization by the administrator in Access Control.
