An administrator can assign permissions to users and grant access to specific sites in Access Control. This article gives explanation to the user permissions. Depending on the subscription, not all mentioned permissions may be displayed in your Access Control.

Access Control
Below permission makes the app “Access Control” available in My Priva.

Manage access control for users of the Priva Services in Priva Access Control; invite people to become users, give them permissions and grant access to specific sites and remove users. A person with this permission is an administrator. |
Alarm Service
Having one or more of below permissions makes the app “Priva Alarms” available in My Priva.

Acknowledge alarms in the alarm monitor. |

Schedule technicians in the alarm scheduler. The technician will receive an e-mail if an alarm occurs in the alarm group for which he/she has been scheduled. The technician must then resolve the problem and confirm the alarm in the alarm monitor or mobile app. Upload project metadata to the cloud, for TC 8 projects (for TC 6, see permission ‘Priva Alarms Metadata Upload’). |

Remote Management
For communication via Remote Management - in TC Engineer, TC Operator, TC ServeCenter or TC History (via TC LAN Manager). As soon as the user starts the communication via Remote Management, he/she will be asked to sign in with his/her Priva Services account.
For the use of Cloud History (with TC History Connect) - in TC Engineer and TC Operator.
