An administrator can assign permissions to users and grant access to specific sites in Access Control. This article gives an explanation of the user permissions. Depending on the subscription, not all mentioned permissions may be displayed in your Access Control.
Note: you have to re-sign in if your permissions are changed for the permissions to work.

Access Control
Permissions for the application Access Control, in which you manage users and access to Priva products and services for your organization.
 Retrieve Audit Logs |
View and download audit logs (more info). |
| User Management |
Manage access control for users of the Priva Digital Services in Priva Access Control; invite people to become users, give them permissions and grant access to specific sites and remove users. A person with this permission is an administrator. If included in the subscription: manage access for external applications to your data via APIs (more info). |
Alarm Service
Permissions for the application Priva Alarms, in which you handle the alarms in the installation..

Acknowledge alarms in the alarm monitor. |
| Schedule |
Schedule technicians in the alarm scheduler. The technician will receive an e-mail if an alarm occurs in the alarm group for which he/she has been scheduled. The technician must then resolve the problem and confirm the alarm in the alarm monitor or mobile app. Upload project metadata to the cloud, for TC 8 projects (for TC 6, see permission ‘Priva Alarms Metadata Upload’). |
