With Priva Notification Center it is already possible to choose notification channels and to create rules to get notified only for alarms that are relevant to you.
There is no way yet to define a schedule to specify who will be notified at specified times. Also, an escalation policy is not implemented in case the scheduled engineer isn’t responding.
The Notification Center will support this in the future. The biggest planned increment of the Notification Center is to support this basic on-call mechanism in 2022.
With these features, the Notification Center is a full replacement for Priva Alarms and TC ServeCenter.
