This article shows some examples to understand the logic of sending notifications to the scheduled people.
In these examples:
- An alarm occurs at 12:40 AM and the notifications sent as a result are represented by yellow marks.
- The following notification settings have been made in the schedule:
Number of notifications: 3
Interval: 15 min
- The alarm is not acknowledged. If the alarm would be acknowledged, all notifications to everyone would stop immediately.
No one scheduled
If no one is scheduled, no one will receive a notification of the alarm, except for the people who were set as ‘persons to inform’.

2 people simultaneously within 1 escalation level
