The Priva Compass software consists of two parts: the controller and the gateway.
The Blue ID C4 Controller oversees the operation of all the equipment. The Gateway is the interface between the Controller and the outside world. Keep both of these parts up to date with at the latest release.

Each of these two parts has a separate setup package.
During the installation process, you will be asked to upload two .zip files: the Controller Setup Package and the Gateway Setup Package. These packages are also needed for updating the Controller and the Gateway.
The Controller Setup package will update your controller to the latest software release (released at October 23, 2025 release 127250907).
