For service purposes, Priva may occasionally need access to a customer environment to perform root-cause analysis and issue handling. This means that Priva may have access to a customer environment as verbally discussed but which is not visible in the customer environment. Please note: Priva employees have view-only access and cannot change any settings. With the release of the Site Sharing functionality, these connections have now become transparent.
Site administrators are free to revoke any access when desired. Also, to safeguard customers' systems, all actions performed are logged in the Audit Trail.
