In Priva Access Control, as the administrator of your organization, you control access to the Priva Digital Services (PDS) for your organization, both user access and access for external applications.
Priva strongly recommends having at least two administrators within your organization.
Users
Send someone an invitation from Access Control to become a user of the Priva Digital Services for your organization. Grant permissions through roles and select which sites the user may access.
Applications
Your data can be accessed by external applications through API calls. Register the application in Access Control to have the API credentials provided. Grant permissions through roles and select which sites the application may access.
Roles
Group permissions into sets - roles - to make it easy to assign the same permissions to more than one user or application. There are default roles, such as Administrator, but it is also possible to create custom roles to suit your organization.
Sites
Assign different rights to different roles for each of your organization's sites. Share your site with other organizations, or receive permissions from other organizations for their sites.
Logs
An audit log records the actions performed by all users in the Priva Digital Services. View or download audit logs in Access Control.
