You’ve always had access to use the Priva cloud services for this organization, but not anymore. |
The administrator of the organization has removed you from Access Control. |
If you shouldn’t have been removed, ask the administrator to invite you again via Access Control. After clicking on the link in the invitation mail, don't create a new account, but choose to sign in with the account that you already have (Azure AAD account or Priva account). This account will then be linked to the organization again. |
Despite accepting the invitation and creating an account (via AAD or Priva account), you don’t have access to use the Priva cloud services for this organization. |
After accepting the invitation and creating an account, your account wasn’t linked to the organization (e.g., due to poor WiFi on a mobile device, power outage or incident at Microsoft or Priva cloud services). |
Click again on the link in the invitation email. In the next step, don't create a new account, but choose to sign in with the account that was already created (Microsoft Azure AD or Priva account). This account will then still be linked to the organization. |
