Restart the Cloud Connector? (Building Automation)

There are two ways to restart the Cloud Connector, on site or remotely.

Restart on site

1. Press the ON/OFF button on the Cloud Connector for 2 seconds.
   The Cloud Connector shuts down and the ON/OFF button turns red.
2. Press the ON/OFF button again and the Cloud Connector will start again.
   After about 3 minutes, the Cloud Connector is fully up and running.
   

Restart remotely

If you have software installed to remotely access the Cloud Connector (e.g., TeamViewer) and enabled this on the Cloud Connector, then the Cloud Connector can be restarted remotely. Priva can also do this for you if you have given permission.

1. Remotely access the Cloud Connector (e.g., using TeamViewer).
   You don’t need to sign in to Windows on the Cloud Connector.
2. In the Windows sign in screen of the Cloud Connector, click at the bottom right button to restart the Cloud Connector:
