An automated synchronization mechanism has been introduced to align alarms between Priva Controllers, Operator, and Notification Center. This cloud-based update requires no extra effort from you.
How It Works:
Every night at 01:00 UTC, a synchronization is performed to address any missed alarms due to temporary connectivity issues. The system compares alarms in Notification Center with those on Priva Controllers and synchronizes any discrepancies.
In Notification Center, alarms may reappear with an exclamation mark ⚠️, indicating that previously missed alarms have been restored for consistency. These alarms will not trigger new notifications (e.g., emails, SMS, push messages) but are added for completeness.
