The Gateway scans the Priva network roughly every minute using mDNS to detect any new devices. To avoid a high workload on the network, it only scans the network every minute.
If after connecting the Smart Bridge(s) to the network, it still does not show up after a minute, then the following actions can be taken:
- Make sure all cables are connected properly and the Smart Bridge(s) are powered on.
- Refresh the overview page in I&M.
- If the Smart Bridge still does not appear, reboot the Gateway by going to the Gateway page and click on
and then "Reboot"
