Installation & Maintenance receives the information about the devices within the network from the platform service, also called 'the twin'. In some specific cases, such as when the LAN cables are unplugged and plugged back in, there is a chance that properties known by the platform service get out of sync.
To restore the correct values in Installation & Maintenance, click the refresh button on the Gateway details page. This should update the values in the next 30 seconds.
If this action does not restore the correct values, contact Priva Support, as repeating this refresh will not give a different result.
