Use rules to limit the number of notifications sent to you (personal rules) or to people in your organization (organizational rules).
To create or modify organizational rules, you need permissions in Access Control (see also Explanation of user permissions in Priva Access Control (Building Automation)).

| When you create an organizational rule, you will see all sites of your organization in the drop-down menu. So, you will even be able to create organizational rules for sites that you do not have access to (your permissions in Access Control). |
