Use rules to limit the number of notifications sent to you (personal rules) or to people in your organization (organizational rules). Each rule will block notifications under certain conditions (site, severity level, specific alarms, etc). Within the personal rules, it is possible to make rules that apply to all sites. In order to reduce processing requirements, please replace each set of individual rules if possible with a single equivalent rule for "all sites".
To create or modify organizational rules, you need permissions in Access Control (see also Explanation of user permissions in Priva Access Control (Building Automation)).
