We highly recommend using push notifications so you don’t need an SMS/text message bundle to receive notifications on your mobile device.
If you prefer SMS/text message, order an SMS/text message bundle for your organization:
- Building Automation: via the order form on the Partner Support Portal.
- Horticulture: by calling Priva.
Prices depend on the size of the bundle and vary by country. One bundle contains a fixed number of text messages (prepaid) and applies to all users of the organization. If the SMS/text messaging limit is almost reached, every user will be informed by email and by a notification in the application.
Use rules to limit the number of SMS/text messages sent to you (personal rules) or to people in your organization (organizational rules).

It is recommended to use the iOS or Android Notification Center app. This allows you to receive push notifications on your phone and eliminates the need for SMS notifications. There is no difference in reliability. Be aware that sending SMS notifications also requires an Internet connection at your site.
