Energy Insight retrieves the data of the building from the cloud and from the energy meters in the building. The Data connections tab shows all the data sources for Energy Insight. Priva will create the data connections for you.
The available data points are automatically refreshed on a weekly basis. However, if these meters are required because the configuration needs to be adjusted, the retrieval can also be initiated manually, making them available immediately.
If you have recommissioned the project, the advice is to refresh the data in Energy Insight by clicking on 'refresh data points'.
Note: For Energy Insight to function correctly, a 15-minute table must be included in the project for registration. If this is not possible, then an hourly table must be included. If larger interval tables are used, there will be problems with the data validation.
