The Priva Customizable Dashboard is only included in the Plus package. To edit or view dashboards, you need the permissions in Access Control.

What is a dashboard?

In tab Dashboard, you can create/view a dashboard for your site. A dashboard shows a clear overview of the relevant data of the building(s) of your site. No need to navigate through multiple pages to reach the data you want. You can completely create the dashboard yourself and decide how you want to present your data.

The dashboard you create is visible for everyone that has access rights to that site and the rights to edit/view dashboards.

How to create a dashboard?

Roughly, a dashboard consists of widgets to which cells can be added. A cell can be a label with text, an empty cell, or a data point. There are two types of widgets: a grid widget and an image widget. For example, you can use a floorplan as an image. Data points can be added on top of that image.

Further, design your dashboard by naming label and data point cells, adding icons to label cells, colorizing data point cells, and resizing widgets and cells. An empty cell can be used as white space in a widget.
