The Priva Customizable Dashboard is only included in the Plus package . To edit or view dashboards, you need the permissions in Access Control.

What is a dashboard?

In tab Dashboard, you can create/view a dashboard for your site. A dashboard shows a clear overview of the relevant data of the building(s) of your site. No need to navigate through multiple pages to reach the data you want. You can completely create the dashboard yourself and decide how you want to present your data.

The dashboard you create is visible for everyone that has access rights to that site and the permissions to edit/view dashboards.

How to create a dashboard?

Roughly, a dashboard consists of widgets to which data points and labels can be added. There are two types of widgets: image widgets and grid widgets.

Below are two examples of these two widget types. In both widgets, two data points are added showing temperature measurements and a label is added with a link that leads you directly to the relevant report in Analytics. Any type of URL can be assigned to a label.

Further, both widgets are customized by naming the labels and renaming the data points, adding icons, colorizing data points, and resizing widgets, data points and labels. A spacer is added in the grid widget for formatting purposes.
