To use the Priva Digital Services for Priva Blue ID hardware, the project must be fully configured and commissioned in TC Engineer. Make sure the steps below have been completed.
After the project is commissioned, you will need to upload the metadata to the cloud.
Configure
- In tab Communicate, pane Controller, click on Logbook alarms/messages.
- For each controller, select the alarm group(s) with the low and high priority alarms.

Notification Center uses the priority/severity and alarm groups that you have entered in TC Engineer (right-click on a controller > Messages...). Only alarms with Low or High priority are sent to the cloud, not alarms that have the priority None. And only alarms that have had an 'in' and 'out' message. |
Commission
Make sure the project has been fully commissioned with TC Engineer. Use the most recently released version of TC Engineer or at least the last supported version (see product life cycle document on the Support Portal ).
In the sections Generate and Sending of the Commissioning wizard (step 3), Operating Applications and Cloud Services configuration must be set to If necessary or Always.
