The Realtime Data API and the Historical Data API are available as add-ons within the Essentials and Plus subscription packages (not for the Starter package). The table below shows information regarding the availability of the data for these APIs.

Windows Cloud Connector: Every 5 minutes a sample. Edge Gateway: The data interval depends on the set chart duration in the controller; the distribution is always 180 points over the set chart duration (54 points for values that are usually presented in table form). This means that chart durations of, for example 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 96 hours result in data intervals of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 minutes for charts and 13, 27, 54 and 107 minutes for tables, respectively. Note that the chart duration must be set to a minimum of 12 hours for Compri HX (more info). |
