Set KPI notifications

For recurring reports, you can set recipients to receive an email notification when certain KPIs in the report drop below a set lower limit.

1. In the report, go to KPI notifications.
2. Select the KPIs for which you want notifications to be sent and set the lower limit for the selected KPIs. You can select KPIs from KPI sets or ungrouped KPIs. You cannot select a KPI set itself, only the KPIs in the set.
3. In the report, go to Edit sharing.
4. Select the recipients who should get these email notifications (more info).

If KPIs are selected in KPI notifications, emails will be sent if a selected KPI drops below the limit.

Note: If no KPIs are selected in KPI notifications, no KPI notification emails will be sent.
