Set KPI notifications

For recurring reports, you can set recipients to receive an email notification when certain KPIs in the report drop below a set lower limit.

1. In the report, go to KPI notifications.
2. Select the KPIs for which you want notifications to be sent and set the lower limit for the selected KPIs. You can select KPIs from KPI sets or ungrouped KPIs. You cannot select a KPI set itself, only the KPIs in the set.
3. In the report, go to Edit sharing > Share the report to set the recipients (more info).

If KPIs are selected for KPI notifications, emails will only be sent if a selected KPI drops below the limit. If no KPIs are selected for KPI notifications, emails will be sent for each report edition.
